This Sales/Estimating role is a terrific opportunity to represent our growing company in the Twin Cities Market, selling Re-roofing projects to Property Managers, Building owners and Business owners. Tremendous support, including resources and tools to allow success in this exciting, CUSTOMER-FACING role!

* Flynn University: Education & Leadership Development

 

·       Minimum 3-5 years of experience Estimating in the Commercial Roofing Industry 

·       Knowledge of commercial re-Roofing 

·       Local market knowledge preferred

·       Ability to read plans and specifications

·       Blue Beam experience an asset, or other similar software experience accepted

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Strong Negotiation Skills

·       Time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
