Loan Servicing Manager

F&M Trust is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Retail Manager to lead our retail loan servicing operations at our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. This leadership role oversees loan servicing, quality control, records management, compliance support, vendor relationships, and team development. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding service.

This position is based at F&M Trust's Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA and reports to the Director of Operations.

• Leading the retail loan servicing team and ensuring the accurate, efficient servicing of consumer and residential loan products.
• Providing leadership for loan servicing operations, quality control, records management, regulatory compliance, and vendor oversight.
• Driving process improvements, managing departmental projects, and supporting initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer service.
• Collaborating with lending, compliance, risk management, audit, and other business partners to support strategic goals and maintain a strong control environment.
• Coaching and developing a team of professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in loan servicing, loan operations, mortgage operations, or a related banking function.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• A process-improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal partners.
