Internship Overview/Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting initiatives, candidate engagement, and talent attraction efforts. This internship provides meaningful exposure to the recruiting process and talent strategies within an organization recognized as a Top Workplace and Best Place to Work.

• →Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• →Assist with campus recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting events.
• →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help deliver a positive candidate experience.
• →Contribute to recruiting projects, reporting, and talent pipeline development.
• →Participate in intern training, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
