  • Create labels/Mail ValuCards (daily)
  • Process ValuCard applications (weekly)
  • Mail Kid’s Club Birthday Cards (as needed)
  • ValuCard Data Cleanup (as needed)
  • Update ValuCard Coordinator Policy & Procedures (as needed)
  • Provide assistance to the Loyalty Marketing Department (as needed)
  • Document and provide updates of ValuCard supplies and inventory (weekly)
  • Assist with store-level customer service issues (as needed)
  • Other duties as required

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, required; some college/Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interactions with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
  • Ability to attend on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, as well as additional time as needed to fulfill job duties
