→Currently residing in Western Europe, near a major international airport
→Excellent fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
→Excellent fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

→Has extensive background and knowledge of operations within the hospitality industry, specifically in the luxury hotel, restaurant, and spa markets
→Previous experience in a Four-Star hotel or Five-Star hotel in a leadership position, Director level or above preferred
→Substantial travel experience at the luxury level
→Proven success in driving results through training
→A unique blend of business acumen, technical aptitude and strong organizational skills; effective at multi-tasking and working as both an individual and as a team
→Proactive, insightful, independent thinker, highly efficient and possesses a refined attention to detail
→Dependable, follows through on commitments, flexible and can easily adapt to changing priorities on notice
→Excellent managerial skills and proven record of strong client relationship building
→Strong and confident presentation style, reacts well under pressure
→Extremely organized, uses time efficiently, is mature, self-motivated, and manages competing demands
→Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
→Domestic and international travel weekly, 15 to 20 days per month (non-negotiable)
→Holder of a valid passport
