Director – Portfolio Performance & PMO

Our client is a Saudi-based holding group managing a diverse portfolio of operating companies. The organisation is strengthening portfolio governance and performance visibility.

The Director will lead portfolio performance management and PMO governance across subsidiaries. This role will establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance reviews. A key focus will be identifying performance gaps and supporting corrective action. The Director will work closely with subsidiary leadership and group executives. This role will also support strategic initiatives and transformation tracking. Executive-level reporting and influence are central.

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in PMO, portfolio management, or performance roles. Strong exposure to multi-entity environments is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate analytical strength, structure, and executive communication skills. Consulting or investment backgrounds are advantageous.
