The Executive Director will lead sales operations, enablement, and performance management across the commercial organisation. This role will design sales processes, CRM governance, forecasting models, and incentive structures. A key focus will be improving pipeline visibility and conversion effectiveness. The Director will work closely with sales leadership to align strategy and execution. This role will also support pricing governance and commercial analytics. High interaction with executive leadership is expected.
Candidates must have senior experience in sales operations, enablement, or commercial excellence roles. Strong exposure to enterprise or B2B sales environments is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal profile demonstrates analytical strength, process discipline, and stakeholder influence. Experience working closely with frontline sales teams and leadership is required.
