Foreground is supporting a leading Saudi retail and distribution group in expanding its presence within the HoReCa sector. As part of this growth, the organization is appointing a Key Accounts Executive to support the development and management of key HoReCa clients across the Kingdom.
The Key Accounts Executive – HoReCa will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring high service levels across assigned accounts.
The role requires strong client engagement, execution discipline, and the ability to navigate complex customer requirements within the HoReCa space.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and grow relationships with assigned HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafés
- →Support the onboarding of new clients and expansion of existing accounts
- →Execute sales plans and ensure achievement of revenue targets within the assigned portfolio
- →Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and client satisfaction
- →Monitor client performance, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- →Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and forecasts
- →Support tendering processes and commercial proposals where required
- →Ensure timely collections and adherence to commercial terms
Requirements
~1 min read- 3–6 years of experience in HoReCa sales or account management within Saudi Arabia
- Strong exposure to hotels, restaurants, or food service operators
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and client servicing
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
