→Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
→Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
→Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
→Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and other financial laws.
→Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the companys assets and profitability.
→Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, mentoring and empowering them to achieve excellence.
→Cost Control: Monitor and control costs across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
→Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
→System and Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of advanced financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA is required.
Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Proven experience in managing large budgets and driving cost-efficiency initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and MS Excel.
Background in media, advertising, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
