We are looking for a Client Liaison Executive to join our Customer Experience Team at FTS, for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a market-leading organisation whose work directly supports family law proceedings and helps safeguard children across the UK and could potentially lead to a permanent position for the right person.

The Role
As a Client Liaison Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our Collection Team and ensuring clients receive a professional, compassionate, and efficient service throughout their journey with us.
Working in a highly regulated environment, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, gathering information, and communicating with clients clearly and sensitively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and manage daily workloads across client questionnaires and appointment scheduling.
- Complete client questionnaires accurately, professionally, and comprehensively.
- Keep clients informed of any changes, updates, or delays in a timely manner.
- Respond to incoming telephone enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure service levels and deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and quality standards.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking with clients and colleagues over the telephone.
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate work.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Eager to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
- A positive team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
