Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing timely and professional support for customers’ inquiries related to quotation of services and status.
* Coordinate with customers and forwarders on timely collection and delivery of equipment.
* Preparation of shipping documents and booking of shipments for overseas freight.
* Monitoring and follow up of overseas transshipment.
* Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaign raw leads and care plan renewals
* Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the phone system and CRM
Qualifications:
* A recognized Diploma Cert or equivalent.
* Fluent in Chinese & English language.
* Excellent written and telephone communication skills
* Possess problem solving skillset.
* Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
* Possess good time management skillset.
* Enjoys working in a customer facing environment.
* Familiar in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel is necessary.
* Experienced in using Oracle, SAP ERP systems is preferred.
