This role provides a comprehensive, paid training experience to set you up for success, along with a clear and structured transition into a full-time position upon completion.
Participants who successfully complete the program will move directly into full-time roles in Sales or Client Success/Implementation, equipped with the hands-on experience and mentorship needed to thrive from day one.

Assist in onboarding clients, resolving issues, and ensuring they are set up for success.

Learn and contribute to the overall sales and client success strategy of the company.
What We Offer

You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
Enthusiastic individuals with an interest in Sales, Client Success, and/or the nonprofit sector
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and eager to learn new skills and contribute to client success
A team player who has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace
We currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!
There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before applying.
