Responsibilities
~1 min readCultivate on relationships with all communities, including underserved and multicultural communities, serviced by FourLeaf by working with businesses, community leaders, local municipalities, civic leaders, not-for-profit organizations and school districts. Develops and executes community programs that will increase brand recognition, educational wellness and memberships within the communities we serve. Participates in FourLeaf advocacy efforts. All CERMs are assigned specific lead areas of responsibility to manage within the business unit. Spanish speaking preferred.
- Community Outreach focus and support our efforts in building brand awareness of our product and services through our legacy footprint on Long Island and growing markets through traditional and virtual channels.
- Community engagement - engaging with local businesses, civic organizations, local municipalities, elected officials and school districts and non for profits.
- VITA – Volunteer Income Tax Assistance tax program for low moderate individuals.
- Relationship building – community partners, local municipalities and government advocacy.
- Attending and supporting FourLeaf community, brand and volunteer events in person both during week, weekends, evenings, and potential holidays.
- Support all branches with Community engagement. Monthly visits to all branches in assigned regions.
- Educational Wellness seminars / webinars with various topics outside of financial literacy topics and compliments the environment such as social security, fraud and FASFA etc.
- Financial literacy & credit counseling: maintain good relationships with members, non-profit partners and community members to learn of new opportunities in offering financial literacy seminars / webinars.
- Financial Literacy search for new beneficial topics and presentations that are engaging and interactive for our members and non-members.
- Offer at various business and organizations and schools.
- Stay current on new trends in financial wellness and innovate new programs and delivery channels.
- Obtain Credit Counseling certification to deliver financial wellness coaching and education.
- In collaboration with Communications and Human Resources, creates and executes employee engagement events for all teammates.
- Works with Managers, VPs and/or SVP on special projects. Share and communicate with Manager Community Engagement & VP Community and Corporate Engagement for support.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1-4 years of experience.
The estimated salary for this role is $74,721.00 to $89,666.00 annually. (FourLeaf Federal Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; voluntary benefit programs; a 401(k) plan with employer match; reimbursement and wellness programs; and an annual performance-based bonus.) In addition to the salary or hourly rate listed above there may be other compensation & benefits available.
