Assist the Restaurant / bar Manage in his tasks and share his work.
Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates.
Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of restaurant / bar.
Assist your subordinates in their tasks during the service.
Supervise the service.
Teach, instruct and introduce your subordinates.
To develop creative and attractive setup presentations for potential clients.
To attend and participate in all required meetings.
To supervise the execution of Restaurant / bar events accordingly to guest’s desire and to insure the highest standards of food, beverage and service is offered。
To generate new business from existing and new clients via solicitation and relationship management.
To execute other job-related duties as instructed by your superior.
