We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

The candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both hot and cold preparation, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities

→Prepare and present hot and cold Dishes
→Ensure consistency and quality of all food produced
→Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs in daily operations
→Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
→Assist with training junior team members when required
→Control wastage and follow proper portion standards
→Ensure mise en place is organized and prepared on time

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience
Have an expertise in all cuisine
Basic English communication skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards

Nice to Have

Experience in luxury hotels or high-volume restaurants
Passion for cooking demonstration
Organized, disciplined, and reliable
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
