About the Role

~1 min read- →Manage collection of accounts approved for billing and process upon departure payments and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Receivable staff and evaluate performance based on the hotel policies.
- →Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments. · Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- →Supervise, train and motivate Credit Department employees to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities.
- →Establish and maintain local credit policies and procedures regarding billing, credit cards, collection, inquiries and cheque cashing and prepare month-end and year-end reports and reconciliations in accordance with established corporate guidelines
- Education: High School Education.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of two-four years accounting experience.
- Must possess good people skills and be able to interact with all levels of employees and customers.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong computer and math skills required.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software programs including MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
