Housekeeping - Public Area Attendant - Full Time

PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT  

We are seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and pristine environment throughout the resort by ensuring all public spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house areas are impeccably maintained. 

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces that enhance the guest experience. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of public areas throughout the resort. Keep floors, furniture, mirrors, elevators, doors, and other public spaces clean and well-presented.  

• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove refuse from designated areas.  

• Inspect lobby restrooms regularly to ensure cleanliness and exceptional presentation.  

• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, hand towels, and toilet paper.  

• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.  

• Provide directions and information to guests while maintaining a welcoming presence in public spaces.  

• Support Housekeeping operations by assisting House Attendants and Room Attendants during periods of high business demand.  

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and Four Seasons standards and procedures.  

• Foster positive working relationships with team members and leaders across the resort.  

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic. 

• A passion for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong guest service and communication skills. 

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.  

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
