About the Role

As an F&B Service Intern, you will support our Food & Beverage teams in creating exceptional dining experiences. You will gain practical experience across restaurant and outlet operations while developing your knowledge of luxury service standards, guest engagement, dining etiquette, and Four Seasons hospitality.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with restaurant, lounge, banquet, and event setup and service.
- →Welcome and engage with guests and assist with orders under supervision.
- →Serve food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards and service sequences.
- →Support opening, operating, and closing procedures, including table setting and resetting.
- →Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and basic pairings.
- →Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service equipment.
- →Collaborate with F&B, Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic F&B knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, practical training, or part-time F&B experience is an advantage.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and professionalism.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
What We Offer
~1 min read- This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
- The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
