About the Role

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support our People & Culture team across different areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, employer branding, and HR operations. You will gain insight into how People & Culture contributes to employee experience, guest experience, and business success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support day-to-day People & Culture administration, documentation, reporting, and coordination.
- →Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, resume screening support, and reporting.
- →Support employer branding, campus recruitment, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- →Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, learning and development initiatives.
- →Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
- →Assist with data collection, analysis, presentations, internal communications, and special projects.
- →Work with different departments and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel School, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in People & Culture, recruitment, employee experience, and hospitality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, critical thinking, and willingness to learn.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English and strong professional integrity, discretion, and attention to confidentiality.
What We Offer
~1 min read- This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
- The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
