About the Role
~1 min read- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items in line with Four Seasons standards and recipes.
- Support daily pastry operations, including mise en place, station set-up, and service for restaurant and banquet outlets.
- Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in supervising, training, and motivating team members.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, waste control, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to the preparation of special requests and support other kitchen areas as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a pastry, culinary, or related kitchen role.
- A passion for pastry, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Good communication skills, with fluency in Italian; knowledge of English is considered an asset.
What We Offer
~1 min readThis is a full-time, fixed-term position. In this role, you will be required to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
The position is at the C3 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
