We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Shop Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and well-presented store, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop. You will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while contributing to the success of the business.

• →Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• →Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• →Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• →Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• →Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• →Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
• →Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• →Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• →Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
