About the role 

The Sales Intern supports the Sales team in the daily coordination of sales activities, client communication, administrative tasks, and commercial initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality sales while developing knowledge of client relationship management, sales systems, reporting, and hotel operations. Under the guidance of the Sales team, the Intern will contribute to maintaining accurate information, supporting commercial opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and hotel departments. 

What you will do 

• Assist the Sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and client communications.  

• Support the preparation and distribution of sales-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, MEMOs, resumes, and internal communications.  

• Assist with updating client accounts, bookings, contacts, and sales activities in the relevant hotel systems.  

• Support the team in responding to telephone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.  

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of sales databases, files, schedules, and calendars.  

• Support the coordination of site inspections, client visits, meetings, and other sales activities.  

• Assist in gathering information and preparing reports related to accounts, agencies, partners, and sales production.  

• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure relevant sales and client information is communicated accurately.  

• Support special projects, market research, competitive analysis, and other commercial initiatives as required.  

• Learn and follow Four Seasons sales standards and procedures while working collaboratively with the Sales team and other departments. 

What you bring 

• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage different tasks, maintain accurate information, and support the team in a structured and efficient manner. 

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when preparing documents, updating databases, and handling client and sales information. 

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, partners, and team members, both verbally and in writing. 

• Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn hotel sales systems. 

• Multitasking Ability: Ability to prioritize different tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 

• Team Player Attitude: Ability to collaborate effectively with the Sales team and other hotel departments while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. 

• Willingness to Learn: Genuine interest in developing knowledge of luxury hospitality, sales processes, client relationships, and commercial strategies. 

• Legal right to work in Spain.  

Degree: Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 

Languages:  Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.

Schedule & Hours: Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
