• →Fill guest orders and make drinks for servers to deliver as a back-bar bartender.
• →Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the dining room, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards. 
• →Pre-batch mixers, prep garnishes, and ensure mise en place is fully stocked before, during, and after service. 
• →operate the Beverage Trolley to offer table-side Old Fashioned service, delivering a personalized and interactive guest experience. 
• →Follow the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
• →Accurately read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain efficient flow of service. 
• →Monitor product usage, complete and submit Liquor Requests, uphold safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
• →Participate in regular beverage trainings, tastings, and menu updates. 
• →Complete additional side duties as needed.
• →Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

• We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• 1 year Bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
• Must be able to push pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet up to 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
