Establish good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.

Prepare treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.

Know the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.
→
Commit to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies
→
Comply with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards

→
Previous at least 5 years’ experience within the same role in a 5* luxury Hotel.
→
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
→
Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner is a plus.

Certified Therapist
