Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture, service philosophy, and brand standards.

• →Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
• →Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
• →Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right cultural and technical fit.
• →Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives locally and internationally.
• →Ensure all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD).
• →Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
• →Support pre-employment processes including offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• →Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience.

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employer branding.
• Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Local's only as per the Saudi labor law.

Full-time position with flexibility to support recruitment events, interviews, and pre-opening timelines.
