Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Full Time Turndown Attendant to join our exciting Housekeeping team. The Turndown Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for evening service, ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment in line with Four Seasons standards. This role focuses on detail-oriented service, anticipating guest preferences, and delivering a personalized experience. This position is part of the Housekeeping team, reporting to the Housekeeping Management team.

Responsibilities

Service a designated number of occupied rooms during evening shifts, preparing them for turndown
→
Replace used towels, refresh bathrooms, and ensure all surfaces are clean and presentable
→
Prepare beds for evening comfort, adjust lighting, close drapes, and create a relaxing room ambiance
→
Carefully handle and organize guest belongings, such as folding clothing when appropriate
→
Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas
→
Restock guest amenities including toiletries and in-room supplies
→
Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests as needed
→
Perform full Room Attendant duties when required, including late check-out rooms
→
Maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets stocked and organized
→
Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate preferences to management
→
Support other housekeeping functions during high volume periods
→
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
Minimum of 6 months of related experience is an asset
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
