Seasonal Visual Merchandising Associate

• →Help with floor flips and holiday floor sets, including early morning or overnight sets as needed
• →Replenish the floor from the stockroom all day so sizes, colors, and our Bread & Butter styles are always well stocked
• →Uphold visual standards across the sales floor, windows, tables, and fixtures, following brand direction and floor set guidelines
• →Style and dress mannequins and forms, refreshing outfits as new product arrives and as items sell through
• →Keep the store tidy and guest ready: folding, sizing, steaming, and recovering the floor after busy moments
• →Maintain fitting rooms and return product to the floor quickly and neatly
• →Care for props, fixtures, and décor, keeping everything clean, in good repair, and stored properly
• →Share feedback with leadership on what's selling, what guests are drawn to, and where the floor needs attention
• →Welcome and assist guests warmly when needed

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional early morning or late evening floor sets
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs), climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
• Frequent handling of inventory including folding, steaming, tagging, and replenishing product
• Support in moving and organizing fixtures, shelving, and lifting mannequins
• Assist with assembly, placement, and adjustments of shelving, fixtures, and displays during store setup and floor moves

Compensation

Hourly Rate of $22-$25
