Our technology connects stakeholders across the specialty pharmacy ecosystem, helping prescriptions reach the right pharmacy while improving visibility, reducing friction, and keeping treatment moving forward for the patients who depend on them. We focus on the most important stakeholder of all: the patient.

Free Market Health is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our non-dispensing pharmacy team in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will help move specialty prescriptions through the approval and fulfillment journey by reviewing prescription information, coordinating with providers and pharmacy partners, supporting benefit investigations and prior authorizations, and resolving issues that could delay patient care.

You will work alongside pharmacists, providers, payers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams in a dynamic, technology-enabled environment where accuracy, follow-through, and thoughtful problem-solving matter. This role requires a Monday-Friday onsite schedule located at our Pittsburgh Headquarters.
