Bal Harbour Shops Driver/Ambassador

For our Bal Harbour Shops operation, this role is highly focused on providing an exceptional guest experience. Ambassadors will primarily operate throughout the different floors of the Bal Harbour Shops parking garage and proactively assist shoppers whenever possible. This may include helping guests locate their parked vehicles, assisting seniors and other guests with transportation to their vehicles, providing directions, and offering general assistance throughout the garage.

Drivers assigned to this operation will receive specific training on the layout of the parking garage, including its different floors, entrances, exits, and key locations, so they can confidently assist shoppers and guests.

• Bal Harbour Shops
• One Freebee vehicle operating seven days a week.
• Scheduled hours are 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
• Ambassadors will receive a 30-minute lunch break during their shift.
• The operation will primarily take place inside the Bal Harbour Shops parking garage.
• The vehicle may occasionally operate on public streets within approximately a 5-mile radius of Bal Harbour Shops when operationally necessary.

• →Providing safe and reliable transportation while engaging in the highest level of customer service to our passengers and guests.
• →Proactively assisting Bal Harbour Shops shoppers, including helping guests locate their parked vehicles and assisting seniors and other guests with transportation to their vehicles.
• →Providing directions and general assistance throughout the parking garage.
• →Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and helpful presence at all times.
• →Ensuring daily that vehicles are both clean and safe for our passengers.
• →Using navigation apps to determine the optimal route when operating outside of the garage.
• →Using a walkie-talkie to communicate professionally and in real time with Bal Harbour Shops staff.
• →Acting as an Ambassador for Freebee and any other partnering company. This can include handing out samples and attending advertising events.
• →Communicating with management and team members about any occurrences while driving within the community.
• →Following all Freebee safety procedures and applicable traffic laws when operating on public roads.

• You must be at least 22 years old.
• Must have the ability to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Must have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.
• Must be comfortable communicating with guests, customers, and property staff in a professional manner.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and physical.

• Report to your Freebee hub, where our eco-friendly vehicles await.
• Open the Freebee app and start your day by logging in.
• Walk through our comprehensive vehicle checklist to make sure all is well with the vehicle.
• Spot an issue? Alert management – they've got your back.
• Clean up your vehicle’s interior. A clean space makes for happy passengers.
• Alert your team in the designated group chat, announcing you’re ready to start the day.
• For Bal Harbour Shops assignments, prepare to assist guests throughout the parking garage and remain attentive to communication from Bal Harbour Shops staff.
• Hit the road and navigate the zones assigned to you when service outside the garage is needed.
• Need help? Our Driver Support Team is just a call away, always ready to assist.
• Wrap up the day by returning your vehicle to the designated Freebee location. After a quick cleaning session, plug the vehicle into our charging station – and you’re done for the day.
