Utility Representative - Full Time - Freeman West

• Feed over 1,000 people a day including; patients, families and visitors in the cafeteria
• Employ over 150 employees across all service levels
• Executes caterings for the hospital and community

• →Spend most of the shift washing and sanitizing dishes, trays, pots, pans and utensils.
• →Operate the dish machine and use the three-compartment sink as required.
• →Return clean items to the proper storage and service areas.
• →Clean and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, carts, equipment and work areas.
• →Remove trash and cardboard and keep disposal areas orderly.
• →Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures.
• →Assist with stocking, transporting supplies and other related Nutrition Services duties as assigned
• →Most of the shift is spent standing and working in the dish room around heat, steam, water, food residue, cleaning chemicals and noise.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
