• →Outbound Trucking Management: Monitor and control outbound trucking operations at the Matteson warehouse to ensure seamless 24/7 workflow.
• →Driver Verification & Check-in: Verify driver credentials and documentation upon arrival; coordinate closely with the FNS Transportation Team (24/7) for real-time verification.
• →Driver Coordination: Proactively communicate with truck drivers to manage arrival schedules and locate specific drivers on-site as required.
• →Operational Reporting: Maintain constant communication with the Control Team (Local and NJ) regarding outbound status; prepare and submit comprehensive daily outbound reports upon completion of all loading activities.
• →On-site Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for warehouse personnel regarding outbound truck schedules and driver information.
• →Customer Service: Respond to direct inquiries and requests from customers concerning real-time transportation and delivery status.

• Experience in logistics dispatching or warehouse shipping operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations, specifically for battery or hazardous material (HazMat) handling, is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
