- Assist in designing, developing, and updating Power BI dashboards for different HR functions
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify data needs and key metrics for their specific function areas
- Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and consistency with all dashboards
- Work with HR data sources to collect, organize, and clean data for use in Power BI
- Identify areas for improvement in current dashboards and recommend enhancements
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed
- Undergraduate with a background in Human Resource, Business, or other related fields
- Good interpersonal skills to influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
- Passion in AI, Automation and analyzing problems to build creative solutions
- Familiar with Power BI and data visualization tools
