~1 min read- →Support day-to-day HR operations, including updating employee records, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- →Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first-day induction, documentation, and offboarding formalities.
- →Support employee benefits and insurance administration, including BPJS registration and updates.
- →Assist with HR documentation and administrative processes to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- →Support office management and workplace services, ensuring the office runs smoothly and addressing issues related to office space, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- →Assist with monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- →Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on HR and workplace-related matters.
- →Support other People Operations initiatives and administrative tasks as required.
- →Gain practical insights into HR operations, people management, and employee experience.
- →Develop hands-on experience in handling employee data, confidentiality, and compliance.
- →Build strong skills in communication, organization, coordination, and multitasking.
- →Gain exposure to different aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment regulations is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, manage, analyze, and present data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Able to commit full-time 3–6 month internship.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR, People Operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS or other HR-related systems and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Interest in learning about HR and People Operations.
- A genuine passion for supporting people and creating a positive employee experience
The internship comes with a monthly allowance of IDR 3,500,000.
