Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Capture academy training sessions and code both live and post training
- →Use the data captured in training to provide feedback to coaches and players
- →Capture academy fixtures both home and away when required – utilizing both live and post-match
- →Label academy fixtures generating KPI’s on both individual and team level
- →In line with the coaching syllabus to create educational video’s using both 1st team and other leagues to demonstrate best practice
- →Create post-match analysis video to be utilized with both players and coaches
- →Work with the Club’s data analyst to create benchmarking for academy players
- →Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by Head of Performance Analysis and Director of Player Development
- Good technical and tactical soccer knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsocial hours including evenings and
- Ability to work under pressure for long hours
- Display superb organizational skills
- Represent FC Cincinnati’s family friendly brand in all capacities while representing the club
- Working towards a Performance analysis or Sports related degree
- Soccer coaching qualifications – US Soccer D or equivalent
