Product Development Specialist

• →Create and maintain drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• →Support new product development based on design inputs, consumer insights and market trends.
• →Ensure final products meet customer expectations, quality requirements, and cost targets.
• →Collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability.
• →Work closely with cross functional team to ensure finale product deliver on design intent.
• →Support sales and marketing teams with customer samples and product information.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-5 years of product development experience in household durables and consumer package goods.
• Customer centric, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong analytical skillset.
• Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.

• Strong prioritization and time management skills, extremely organized, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability and experience managing projects with both internal and external resources.
• Experience or familiarity with operations and sales functions and activities.
• Passion for product design and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all organizational functions and levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
• Experience understanding manufacturing processes is a plus.
