Gaines Investment Trust is looking to connect with Leasing Professionals for our apartment communities in the North Dallas area.

We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates. If you're professional, outgoing, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity to build a career in property management.

• →Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• →Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes
• →Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases
• →Prepare lease agreements and related documentation
• →Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in Yardi and CRM
• →Provide professional, responsive customer service
• →Support the onsite team and overall presentation of the community
• →Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• →Work every Saturday and four weekdays

• Customer service or sales experience preferred; apartment leasing experience is a plus
• Friendly, engaging, and professional communication style
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
