As a client executive at Gallup, you’ll partner with external clients and internal consultants to implement employee surveys and onboard organisations onto Gallup Access, our premier global analytics and advice platform. From kickoff calls to final deliverables, you’ll play an integral part in maintaining Gallup’s reputation for data credibility and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement client surveys in Gallup Access
  • Consult with clients on how to organise their data for the survey implementation process
  • Host training webinars and onboarding sessions to teach clients how to navigate Gallup Access and the multiple learning resources available to them
  • Clean, validate and organise complex data files to guarantee high-quality deliverables
  • Take ownership of the survey implementation process, troubleshoot operational and technical challenges, and problem solve with persistence
  • Communicate client needs to our technology product teams to improve platform functionality
  • Use Gallup resources, including ChatGPT, and your own critical thinking skills to work efficiently, find answers and create solutions
  • Collaborate with consultants, analysts, project managers and technology teams across regions to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
  • Analytical thinkers who can easily develop formulas in Excel and are known for their logical and diagnostic mindset
  • Sophisticated communicators who engage clients with professionalism — building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration across all levels of technical understanding

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least two years of experience training, teaching or onboarding customers required
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas and analysing data, required
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (written and spoken) required 
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Bangkok office at least three days a week required
  • Eligibility to work in Thailand required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
