Technical Operations Manager

Game Lounge is looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Manager to help drive internal IT operations and smarter, more scalable ways of working across the business.You’ll work closely with experienced technical teams, solving problems, improving processes, and contributing to a secure, efficient, and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities 

• Own and manage day-to-day internal IT operations across the business
• Support infrastructure, devices, access, and employee onboarding/offboarding
• Act as the go-to person for IT reliability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams on deployments, systems, and tooling
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work
• Explore and introduce AI tools where they can genuinely improve efficiency
• Support security and best practices in collaboration with wider technical teams
• Work on technical projects that improve scalability, performance, and internal workflows
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar hands-on role
• Comfortable working across infrastructure, users, and systems - end-to-end
• A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and follows things through
• Curious about AI and automation, and how they can improve day-to-day work
• Exposure to DevOps environments (CI/CD, cloud, automation - even at an initial, practical level)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different teams
• Fluent in English

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Background in iGaming or digital environments
• Any exposure to scripting, infrastructure as code, or automation tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Familiarity with security best practices or compliance environments
