iOS Software Engineer | Dive Team | 2 roles

The Garmin Dive app is essentially the ultimate diving companion application featuring a digital logbook and community platform designed for scuba divers and free divers and it’s built to pair seamlessly with Garmin’s Descent series and other compatible watches.

We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week. 

• →Design and build advanced applications for iOS platform.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• →Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
• →Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• →Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development.

• Good knowledge of SwiftUI + UIKit, Modern Concurrency, Modular app, working with SPM modules, MVVM and Router navigation
• Minimum 6 years of experience in iOS development.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm, strong work ethic.
• Process-oriented with deep attention to details and ability to work both independently and as a member of a small team for problem solving and solution development.
• BSc in Computer Science, IT or similar.
• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Bluetooth, Combine and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
