Essential Role: Play a critical part in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of electrical and instrumentation systems. Hands-On Work: Utilize voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, and related testing devices. Advanced Equipment: Conduct voltage testing on electrical equipment up to 25KV. Safety First: Execute proper lockout/tag-out procedures for equipment maintenance. Diverse Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on all electrical systems, including instrumentation and Rockwell Distributed Control Systems. Variety of Tasks: Maintain generators, motors, conveyors, and other electrical machinery, and handle installation, repair, and replacement of various equipment. Documentation: Prepare work orders and complete necessary documentation. Communication Systems: Maintain telephones, paging systems, and mine radio systems. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, man lifts, pick-up trucks, and related service vehicles. Flexibility: Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements What We're Looking For: Over 5 years of experience working with electrical and instrumentation systems. Preferred knowledge of Rockwell, with experience in Allen Bradley and Siemens also acceptable. Strong understanding and application of mathematical and electrical formulas.
