Mining Advisor (Executive / Strategy / Tailings) South America

The Mining Advisors provide high-level guidance to the board and executive leadership on the development, evaluation, and advancement of mineral resource and tailings retreatment opportunities. The role focuses on strategic insight, industry expertise, and supporting the long-term growth and investment strategy of the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic advice on resource development and tailings recovery opportunities across global mining markets. Support the technical, operational, and financial evaluation of potential projects and investments. Contribute to the development of investment strategies, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Offer board-level guidance and governance support on key technical and commercial decisions. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with mining companies, investors, and industry stakeholders. Provide market insights on industry trends, technologies, and emerging opportunities within the mining sector. Requirements Senior mining executive, technical specialist, or mining investor with extensive industry experience. 20+ years of experience in the mining, resource development, or mining investment sectors. Experience with gold processing, tailings retreatment, or resource development projects is highly desirable. Strong global network within the mining industry, including operators, investors, and technical experts. Proven ability to provide strategic insight, industry leadership, and advisory support at the executive or board level.
