General Laborer

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our automotive assembly team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive parts using hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. OT and weekends depend on production needs

• $15.50 per hour
• +$1.50 per hour shift premium for afternoon shift

• →Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
• →Use hand tools and other basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• →Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• →Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• →Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
