Intel Ops Support Sr - Night Shift (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

 At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Night Shift Watch Center Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:

• →Constant monitoring of multiple channels of classified and open-source media for US-related cyber threats on a worldwide basis.
• →Sorting and prioritizing intelligence and operational message traffic.
• →Providing early warning and alerts to key officials, facilitating timely flow of critical information.
• →Process the distribution of information and mitigating security concerns utilizing a given checklist
• →Alerting customer leadership to worldwide breaking events and threat related events.
• →Monitor multiple systems and platforms for alerts and anomalies.
• →Respond promptly to system alerts, escalations, and incidents.
• →Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• →Maintain accurate shift logs and reports for management review.
• →Provide continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support through collaborative business processes.
• →Categorize and disseminate critical information to the customer staff.
• →Prepare and disseminate turnover briefings to support incoming/outgoing shift teams.
• →Develop responses and briefings to Request For Information (RFI) from adjacent groups and teams.
• →Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing secure communications equipment and procedures.

• Proven experience in analytical support or operations role, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Availability to work Panama schedule (12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

• 5-7 years of experience
