  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or related certifications in areas such as Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping. 
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Event Management, and/or Service Mapping (including custom patterns). 
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts. 
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or higher) or willingness to obtain within 1 year. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • →Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring best practices in workflows, integrations, automations, access controls, the Service Catalog, and more. 
  • →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business needs. 
  • →Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other methods.
  • →Utilize AI developer tools (such as ServiceNow SDK, Fluent, or similar tools) to accelerate the delivery of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes), and configurations.
  • →Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing. 
  • →Troubleshoot and ensure system reliability through robust design, comprehensive testing, and responsiveness to any issues. 
  • →Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes. 
  • →Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in ServiceNow to recommend and implement innovative system improvements.
