Mechanical (Insulation) Pipe and Duct Take Off Quantity Surveyor - 6PM - 4 AM - Work from Home - Pay up to 55,000 PHP (Manila, Metro Manila)

1. Prior experience in quantity takeoff of large commercial building, schools, or facilities
2.  Your home computer setup and ability to work the hours specified and past experience doing so or working onsite in other countries.
3.  Ability to communicate in English
4.  Must have 5-years experience in this role
5.  Computer skills.
6.  Education (Preferred Mechanical Engineering background)

This is full time - Our starting rate 55,000 PHP per month - 50 hrs. per week paid thru PayPal

 

Quantity Surveyor - work from Home. Must have computer and 20mb internet with two screens. Work is hosted thru Amazon Workspaces with full screen recording etc.

Software that we are using:
MIKE (Mechanical Insulation Key Estimating)- You must have Quantity Takeoff experience - we will teach
Acrobat
MS Office/Excel/Outlook

We provide all software thru Amazon Workspaces

This position will require for you to work close hours with the US Based Manager estimator 5 days a week.

Hours for the position are Manilla Time = Sunday - Friday - 6 PM to 4 AM (midnight)
This is 5 days a week - 9 hours per day starting in the evening and finishing at night. 

In the US this corresponds to Monday - Friday 6 AM to 4 PM - The office begins at 6:30 AM to 4 PM (US New York Time / EST) 

We are using a specialized Takeoff software from Computability - your role will be the manager of this system to purchase all mechanical insulation materials, get quotes, update rates, track progress on all projects based on budgets by materials.   Create submittals

Preferred -= prior QTS experience working at night

Other requirements:

• Workstation space requirement: The minimal worktable will need to be 4 foot by 6 foot and chair.
• Multiple Screens with 4K suggested.   You must have a PLT fiber connection or better and we will provide CPU and will subsize a 55" 4K TV and finance at a deduction rate of 500 php per week.   You must have at least one monitor and be able to prove that your Internet system is stable and fast with lower latency to suceed

Work Days off for US (whatever the observed day off is) - Some might be able to be exchanged for other PH holidays.
