Product managers with experience working closely with engineering teams to build and ship software.

People who are deeply motivated going beyond the feature request to understand and solve the underlying user problem.

Individuals who are constantly curious and keep digging until they feel satisfied they understand the root cause

Clear communicators who enjoy collaborating across different teams.

Someone who values autonomy and minimal bureaucracy, and thrives on the responsibility that comes with a high-trust environment.

Someone who is pragmatic, focusing on delivering customer value through rigorous diagnosis and thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions, not just shipping features for the sake of it.

A background in developer tools, enterprise software, or Salesforce is a bonus but not essential.
