Middle BA (Pre-sales & Delivery)

Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support both active delivery projects and pre-sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can balance structured BA work on projects with dynamic client-facing activities during discovery and sales phases.

Requirements
    •    2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
    •    Hands-on experience in pre-sales, discovery, or consulting activities.
    •    Ability to switch between structured delivery work and fast-paced pre-sales environments.
    •    Strong understanding of SDLC, business processes, and solution design approaches.
    •    Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
    •    Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    •    Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to shape solutions.
    •    English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities
    •    Participate in pre-sales and discovery activities (workshops, calls, research).
    •    Analyze client needs and help shape high-level solution concepts.
    •    Support preparation of proposals (scope, estimations, deliverables).
    •    Work on active delivery projects: requirements, backlog, stakeholder alignment.
    •    Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
    •    Help define MVP scope and prioritize features based on business value.

Nice to have
    •    Experience with design thinking, value proposition canvas, journey mapping.
    •    Experience in competitive analysis and market research.
