Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Sports Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor adventure, recreation, or similar operational environments.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Certification in First Aid, CPR, and relevant safety training.
Strong understanding of industry-standard safety systems and operational procedures.
