Manage and enhance existing SQL Server and PostgreSQL tables, views, and stored procedures.
Design and develop new tables, views, and stored procedures to support business needs.
Work with the architecture team to provide insights and suggestions for database design and improvements.
Work with the business team to understand requirements and implement necessary database changes.
Optimize database (SQL Server and Postgres) performance through indexing, query tuning, and other best practices.
Experience with ETL processes, Python, and Apache Airflow is a plus.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in SQL Server development.
Experience with PostgreSQL development would be an added advantage.
Expert proficiency in writing complex and highly optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Thorough understanding of T-SQL, indexes, query plans, blocking, transactions etc., to perform optimizations.
Understanding of database design principles and best practices.
Experience in built-in and external DB tools including SQL profiler, DMV etc.
Experience working with large databases will be a plus.
Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Fluent in spoken and written English to directly work with the onsite team in the US.
