- Measure and report on adoption progress and training effectiveness.
- Support end users through the transition with coaching, communication, and follow-up training.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years' experience leading Change Management and User Adoption for large-scale IT projects, mainly with cloud-based communication suites.
- Recognized certification in a Change Management methodology.
- Extensive experience designing and delivering multi-lingual training (English, Sinhala, Tamil) for diverse organizational user groups.
